I am passionate about people living their dreams! Being a massage therapist for 21 years, I’m used to looking at the person as a whole, not segmented parts.
While most people will say that they want “more money”, they haven’t really discovered or identified their “why”. Why do you want more money? Exactly how much? What will you use it for?
Once you do that, you will find that you have more motivation in all areas of your life.
While having lots of money is wonderful, so is having the good health and good friends to enjoy life with. And everything in life begins with mindset. Thought is always first.
Henry Ford said something to the effect of: “If you think you can, you’re right. If you think you can’t, you’re right.”
So do you think you can, or do you think you can’t?
If you think you can, you can. And I’d be happy to help you define that, and find ways of achieving success.
In addition to having the correct mindset, one also needs to take action! I find that I can’t take action unless I am in the correct frame of mind, or at least that is one of my excuses. 😉 I always remember the line from the movie “What About Bob?”, where “Bob” is told to take “baby steps”. When I really embrace that, it works!
We don’t start out running – first we learn how to turn over, then how to crawl, and then how to pull ourselves up and start walking. It’s the same with any endeavor – there is always a learning curve, and that can make us feel uncomfortable.
My hope is to help you through those uncomfortable times, and get to where you can embrace it. I was listening to a talk given by JT DeBolt where he talked about “getting comfortable with being uncomfortable”. It was just what I needed to hear that day, and helped me to move forward.
So get comfortable with being uncomfortable, because that is what is going to propel you forward.
